Clear division of labor: your team keeps the guests — bookings, guest communication, and property operations. Spot runs all of the marketing, every month:
Minnesota Ave ads, fully managed — campaigns aimed at wedding planners, coordinators, and venues: creative, keywords, ad copy testing and refreshes, budget optimization
Landing pages kept current — copy updates and seasonal offers (festival weekends, midweek gaps, extended stays)
Email + SMS retargeting — campaigns written, built, and sent to the guest list as it grows
Upsell automations — early check-in / late check-out, guest-house add-on, trip insurance, extended-stay offers
SEO + AI search (GEO) — the properties show up on Google and in ChatGPT-style searches like “wedding venues near DeLand”
Google Business management — profiles, posts, review responses, Q&A

Test multiple hooks and creative; optimize on real data.
Months 3–6
Scale what’s working; evaluate a bigger ad budget or adding social channels.
Phase 2
After 6–12 months: scale the ad program based on what the data proves.
What to expect from ads: comparable campaigns return $2–$3 for every $1 of ad spend.
